The club has an active Match Section with competitions being fished on all the popular areas of the river with the occasional visit to a different venue. Very few 'dry nets' are recorded throughout the season and the match results give a good indication to all our members and visitors of where (and what) fish are being caught. As well as the normal 'open' matches we also have Pike Matches in Winter and a Veterans' Match is held normally on the last Wednesday of each month.

Draw time for all matches is 0830hrs. All matches on the river Stour unless otherwise stated, precise river section to be fished advised nearer the time. Matches up to Sep 4th count for Summer Points Trophy. Matches from Oct 23rd to Dec 11th count for Winter Points trophy.
